Hello, I’m Alice.

A child of the 90s, I was raised and lived the first 30 years of my life in beautiful rural Pembrokeshire. I have a deep love for the natural world and consider this to be my own personal spiritual practice. I currently live in Clifton, Bristol, but can be mobile to all areas of the city and beyond.

I have worked in childcare or education in one form or another for over 12 years, starting as an After School Club Leader and currently working as Head of Early Years Practice at a large Bristol-based nursery chain, and also as a self-employed Postnatal Doula.

My own little girl will soon be 3, and we’re expecting a second baby in Autumn 2026. It was my own rabbit-in-the-headlights postnatal experience which inspired me to want to support newly postpartum mums and families.

My own postpartum experience was tricky, living 200 miles away from our family support network and with a busy partner working hard, the days, household tasks, and pressure to be the best mum I could be (while doing it mostly alone), felt enormous. My goal as a Doula is to ensure no mummy is left behind; I will be your village when you need me to be.
